【中国交建：子公司拟赎回全部5亿美元次级担保永续证券】 中国交通建设公告称，其境外子公司CCCI Treasure Limited已发出赎回通知，将于2026年12月22日按本金金额连同截至赎回日期（但不包括该日）的应计未付票息，赎回全部500,000,000美元3.650%次级担保永续证券（证券代号：40158）。截至公告日，该证券未偿付本金为5.00亿美元，赎回完成后将无已发行证券，发行人将向港交所申请撤回该证券上市。
